Anglesea Art Exhibition – Volunteer Availability

Please share your skillset with us so we can utilise your special superpower!

If you are happy to do whatever task is needed that will be great too!

The Anglesea Art House Committee value your voluntary contribution.

Please indicate below when you are able to volunteer at the exhibition.

9:00am - Transport equipment to hall from AAH 9:00am to 1:30pm - Set up

Friday

9:30am to 2:00pm - Set up 5:30pm - Kitchen 6:00pm - Bring a plate 6:15pm to 8:30pm - Operate bar

Saturday

9:30am to 1:30pm - Host 1:30pm to 4:00pm - Host

Sunday

9:30am to 1:30pm - Host 1:30pm to 4:00pm - Host

Monday

9:30am to 1:30pm - Host 1:15pm to 3:30pm - Organise hall art collection 3:00pm to 5:00pm - Pack up hall 4:00pm to 5:00pm - Transport equipment to AAH
